- What counts as a message?
- Each reply a character sends you. Free gives you 40 a day, and the count starts again at midnight UTC. CharacterX+ never counts.
- What counts as an image?
- A requested render — a character portrait, a new take of a face or scene, or a chat photo — uses one image credit. Automatically generated scene artwork is included without an image charge.
- Do images run out or expire?
- At each refill, your plan’s images are topped up to its allowance — on CharacterX+, back to 100 at the start of every month. Images from a pack never expire.
- How do I cancel?
- From your account, at any time. Nothing renews after that, and CharacterX+ stays until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow our Terms.
- What will I see on my statement?
- Card payments are processed securely by Finby and appear as CHARACTERX.APP. We never see your full card number.
- I subscribed on my iPhone.
- It works here too — the same account, the same CharacterX+. A subscription bought in the App Store is managed in your Apple ID settings.
